Living Spree Realty was created by merging two family brokerages. Owners Judi Clear and Lisa Hughes Gonzales are two successful, driven real estate professionals with a firm grasp of the Austin real estate scene. Their sons, Chase Clear and Zac Martinsen, are childhood friends who grew up on the soccer field, learning the value of hard work and team spirit. Years later, the two would reunite with Judi and Lisa to create Living Spree Realty, a new and innovative sales relationship-oriented and technology-based real estate company.
